HIRE FEE

STANDARD HIRE

Converted horsebox +
2 members of bar staff +
Fully stocked bar

Booking and hire fee of £250 (non-refundable) to secure date and horse box bar.

Minimum bar spend £750.


DRY HIRE

Delivery and full use of converted horsebox +
2 members of bar staff +
You supply your own alcohol. Includes setup, close down & collection

Booking fee of £250 is required to secure the date (non-refundable).

You supply your own drinks and have full use of the bar. Price of hire is subject to distance, number of guests and types of drinks served. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

BAR OPTIONS

Cash & card bar – where your guests pay for their own drinks for the event.

Subsidised/Token bar – where you pay for a set amount of drinks prior to the event. When this runs out, the bar switches to a standard cash & card bar. Option can include issuing your guests drinks tokens to ensure the love is shared equally

​Complimentary bar – where you run a tab at the bar. All drinks and charges are itemised and the bill is settled at the end of the evening by yourselves.

Full wedding bar – we work with you to tailor a package to suit your every need throughout your entire day. Welcome drinks, wine & water for the table and some bubbles for your toasts. We can organise everything drinks related for the whole event. Contact us now for a quote.

OPTIONS

Gin bar? Prosecco bar? Themed bar? We can supply a fully stocked bar to any specific requirements or requests. We work with you to make sure your special day is exactly as you imagined it.

If there are specific drinks or a theme for your event, then let us know. Any specific requirements can be looked at such as decoration, themes, outside seating, lighting, or staff presentation.

We want to make your day as bespoke and as tailored to you as we can.

TRAVEL

We will travel throughout the UK, depending on the size of the event.

EVENT LICENCE

A temporary event notice may be applicable which we will be pleased to organise for you at no extra charge.
